When Should I Replace My Indoor Coil in Austin?

I used Eco Air earlier this year to fix an AC issue. They diagnosed my problem and gave me a reasonable quote to fix the issue. Afterwards, there was a small issue with the fix, but they owner made it a point to reach out to me via phone, text, and even came out to check the small issue himself. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I was. I recently used them again on another property and received the same superb service.

Eco Air was so responsive and very competitive.  They spent the time to quote a number of systems to ensure I got what I wanted. It was a noticeable difference between others that didn't have time or tried to sell me on their first quote. I'll definitely recommend talking to Eco Air as it's such a refreshing experience much less save you money.

After being told it was time to replace my A/C system by another company, I gave Eco Air a call. Had a tech out to my house in less than 90 minutes. Frank immediately recognized the issue with the drain (that the other company did not catch), walked me through what was wrong, and what he was doing to rectify it. While another company quoted me ~$275 just for a quote ("emergency hours" charge due to Covid-19), Eco Air had everything up and working for $160 in less than half an hour. Frank also gave me some essential tips on A/C maintenance and upkeep to prevent future issues. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will definitely be the first one I call in the future. Frank is the best!

Our AC was definitely not doing the trick, and without knowing much about it, they sent a tech who was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful--he not only fixed our current issue, but made sure we knew what steps to take moving forward. We so appreciate their work and kindness.

You can believe the reviews on these guys. They are fast, efficient, and do meticulous work. I had a 2.5 ton heat pump installed - and the air handler had to go on the second floor. They used full floor coverings and did not leave a scrap behind. The install looks better than the original unit that came with the house, and the function is absolutely perfect. They worked with me to get the best mix of components at the best price. If only everyone did business like Eco AC!

My AC was working hard for little results so I knew it was time for a tune up. Eco came out only very promptly and took a look. Turns out there was a hole in my attic duct and I'd been cooling my attic for months. The cost to fix that, remount the duct, and clean the condenser was all less than I expected for just the tune up. Can't recommend them enough!
